What information do we collect?
Chandan Aura collects your name, mobile number, address, city, PIN code, quantity ordered and order/payment references. We use this information to process orders, contact you and arrange delivery. Details needed for delivery may be shared with the delivery service.
Secure payments
Complete your quantity, name, mobile number, full address, city and PIN code before proceeding to payment. We validate and save your order, then open Razorpay directly from the completed form. Your name and mobile number prefill checkout. Razorpay processes your payment under its privacy terms. This website does not collect your UPI PIN, OTP, card number or bank password. We store gateway order and payment references and confirm orders only after server-side verification of a captured payment. Test payments do not confirm orders for dispatch. If payment is interrupted, keep your private order link and check its status before trying again.
Pricing and delivery
Each 50 g soap bar costs ₹199. Delivery is free. Cash on Delivery is not available. We will confirm delivery availability and timing for your PIN code by contacting you.
No refunds & replacement policy
We do not offer refunds. Replacements are available only if a product is missing from your order or you receive the wrong product. Contact us with your order number and details of the issue so we can check and arrange a replacement.
Storage and use of your details
Your details are stored in the seller's order database. Contact the seller to request corrections or removal of information that is no longer needed. A session cookie protects the form and remembers an anonymous browser identifier for approximately 31 days. We store product-page views and campaign URL tags locally to measure visits and orders; the last tagged visit within 30 days is attached to an order. These counts describe browsers, not identifiable people. We do not load third-party advertising scripts. If optional Meta measurement is enabled, you may separately choose to share a confirmed live purchase with Meta. Declining does not affect your order. With that consent, we share the amount, quantity, product ID, event time, a hashed random browser identifier, browser user-agent and ad-click identifier if available. We do not share your name, mobile number, address or private order link with Meta. Consent applies to this order only. Contact the seller to revoke it before the event is sent; this app cannot recall events already sent. Contact the seller about retention or deletion of locally stored analytics and orders.
